AI Processing: We use Cloudflare Workers AI to process FAQ queries. Customer questions are sent to Cloudflare's AI services to generate responses. No personally identifiable customer information is stored by these services beyond the immediate processing request.

 

Database: We use Neon (PostgreSQL) to store session data and app configurations securely.

5. Data Retention

• Session data: Retained while the app is installed; deleted upon uninstallation

• FAQ content: Retained while the app is installed; deleted upon uninstallation

• Customer queries: Not permanently stored; processed in real-time only

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encrypted API keys and credentials

• HTTPS for all data transmission

• Secure session management

• Access controls and authentication

7. Your Rights

• Cloudflare (AI processing)

• Neon (database hosting)
